Fabric – We partner with the world's most prestigious mega‑mills that use recycled cotton and recycled plastic. We test and approve every fabric for compatibility with high‑tech washing. And we act as distributor for these mills in the Chinese market – giving you access to premium materials that traditional factories cannot source.

What we do: Our team has over 25 years of experience in denim washing design and production. We test every new fabric, chemical, and machine from nu‑source under real production conditions.

Using laser, nano‑bubble and ozone technologies, we create brand‑specific prototypes, collections, and production recipes – many of them patented. In vintage washing (creating authentic second‑hand denim appearances), we have the world's most accomplished team.

Our initial production capacity is 1,000 to 2,000 jeans per day – allowing us to run R&D and production side by side.

In 2025, SIFIRbir nu‑kitchen received the world's first eco‑friendly washing licence through academic collaborations with several universities. We are ready to share that experience with the entire industry.

nu‑culture Fabric & Eco‑Washing – Verifies sustainable fabric origin from nu‑source plus certified eco‑washing and dyeing in nu‑kitchen. Aligned with EIM, bluesign®, and ZDHC.
nu‑culture Eco‑Washing – For standalone washing/dyeing. You provide your own pre‑fabricated textiles or ready‑to‑wash garments (cut and sewn by your trusted partners). We certify the eco‑finishing only.
